The power supply inside the PLT-300A provides a maximum of 24V and 2A. For devices needing a more robust power source, we integrate an external power supply capable of supplying 48V and 4A. The supplied voltage is controlled by the PLT and the test results are added to the PLT Test Report just like with the internal power supply.
Addition of external power supply controller to the pogo pin cassette design. This can be controlled by the PLT with YAML test plan commands. This does not include the power source.
With a signal generator integrated into the pogo pin cassette, you can use triangle, square, or sine waves to exercise your device. This simple version is limited to 1kHz frequencies.
Normally, 3~9 hold-down posts are used to evenly pressure the DUT against the moving plate in the pogo pin cassette while it is lowered against the pogo pins. If additional posts or other means are needed to secure the DUT, there is an additional charge.
Test Sub-1 GHz RF transmissions used in certain automotive applications. For example, many keyfob entry systems utilize 315MHz or 433MHz transmissions. Generally this is implemented by incorporating TI LAUNCHXL-CC1310 into a Pogo Pin Cassette.
