PCB Assembly

We wouldn’t call ourselves THE IoT ODM, if we couldn’t handle something as critical as PCBA. At BCD, we have expertise in both design and production of Printed Circuit Boards. This means we can help our clients every step of the way.

The Yamaha Printer we use in our SMT workshop has a printing accuracy of 0.025mm.
Both models of the Yamaha Mounters we use have a 0.05mm Placement Accuracy.
Both models of the Yamaha Mounters we use have a 0.05mm Placement Accuracy.
We equip an 8 Temperature Zone Reflow Oven with a temperature tolerance of 1.0 degrees celsius.

In order to ensure utmost accuracy in the board assembly process, we have invested in some of the best machines for printing and soldering board components.

This demo board illustrates the level of precision and accuracy we can achieve using our advanced technique.

Min = Length 0.4mm * Width 0.2mm

BGA Diameter:

Min = 0.18mm

PIN space:

Min = 0.4mm

At BCD we pride ourselves on doing things quickly.

That’s why we use a blend of pick-and-place machines (like the one pictured here) to achieve the perfect balance of speed and flexibility.

Our brilliant team in Shenzhen can deliver assembled boards to San Francisco within 7 days of receiving gerber files.

Hour Production Cycle

Not to brag, but we have some pretty impressive records. Our shortest production cycle so far was 24 hours.

To guarantee consistent quality for every board we produce, we use an advanced Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine. Our clients rest easy knowing that their PCBA designs will be consistently executed in every board they receive.

Imaging/Inspection Speed:

6.5 Mpix@ 10 µm: 27 cm²/sec

6.5 Mpix@ 12.5 µm: 43 cm²/sec

Accurate Inspection with Multi-phase Lighting:

4 individual lighting phases to pinpoint different defect types

Our clients have confidence in our process to ensure only the best quality and service. We have over a decade’s experience in managing surface-mount technology (SMT). This means that we have not only spent decades honing the process, but we have also spent this time building relationships with the best component vendors we could find.
